I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Specialist in the Roaring Fork Valley. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My specialty is family members and friends who have a loved one who uses alcohol or drugs. If you or your loved one has a problem with the use of substances, I am happy to talk with you about change and the possibilities of a new way to live. I provide compassionate counseling to work through thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I hold space for clients to learn healthy coping, calming, and communication skills to live more fully. I use various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. At each session, I provide skills to practice between appointments so that you have tools to achieve your goals. I am accepting new clients.
